On the drive we ordered a crispy chicken from a woman who luckily spoke German and drove home and noticed that the burger was still frozen for about (10) minutes upon arrival. So we drove back (10) minutes on the drive, the lady accused us of deliberately putting the burger on the cold and ordering it over an hour ago even though I had a receipt. Simply incompetent and rude. Never again I hope you have to close Preferably not a star, just a hopeless store.

Food always tastes delicious. Always been fresh so far. The staff tried hard and was very friendly and helpful. Everything was understood without any problems even though the German wasn't quite perfect. When I read some of the comments here, I find that a bit sad. Be glad that the people work for their money ... If after two words in the drive-in I already complain to people - "Can't they speak real German?" - And that from people who then need forever because they want to order 5 "normal burgers", and the employee tries to explain that there is no such burger, etc. - I've already noticed something like that a few times and actually think that the people there are very patient, especially when you talk to them nicely instead of always being unfriendly. It's a shame that you only have drive-in at the moment. But in the current situation, I understand that it is better to be safe than sorry. That may be more uncomfortable, but health is generally more important than comfort. The BK makes the decision to put health above sales, so I find it positive. (Especially in contrast to the competition)

++++ Attention only to take away and not to sit ++++ The Burger King opens almost new in Neustadt near Coburg, directly on the old border strip to Sonneberg. A brand new Burger King shop right next to McDonald's, my decision is made, of course, Burger King. , it's a shame that you can't even sit outside in Corona times. So I prefer to leave it here, I want to enjoy my wooper and sit and eat. A pity

Disaster ... staff hardly understand you at all and therefore at least 50% of the order is completely wrong. In addition, no receipt is enclosed to complain about this. You can and should save yourself a trip there.

Worst store where there are workers all unfriendly can hardly speak German. Make you wait forever in the drive. And very dirty. The food is deformed and stuffed into the bag. Order incomplete. And most of the time the food is cold and you can eat the fries garnet.

Often you get old rolls, often things you have ordered are missing or the food is cold if there were 0 stars I would do that!

We were there one afternoon and there were 6 other guests with us. The staff was friendly and despite a non-German accent you could talk easily and you were understood. The order was quickly prepared. Unfortunately we had not received a receipt for our order. We only noticed when we were sitting at the table. You could choose the drinks freely and you had a large selection. Here are just a few examples from many. Eg sprite with vanilla, strawberry etc. or special with peach, vanilla etc. I had ordered cheese fries. These looked warmed up, but still relatively tasty. The Cheese lover double burger was very dry and the taste wasn't the roar. My companion had the cheese lover chicken, which was also very dry. But she liked it. When I was in the men's toilet to wash my hands, the food passed. It was dirty everywhere in the corners. The faucet had dirt deposits in the curve that would not be created within a day. When I left the toilet I noticed that it was dirty in the corners of the whole burger king. There is no understanding for that, there was nothing going on and it looked so dirty. The cleanliness of the toilet is the sign! Our conclusion: If the hygiene is adjusted, we would give the shop another chance.

I was simply not served several times at the drive-in. Then I went to the golden M. I prefer BK, but when I am served I don't feel understood. Coburg much better

New, modern and beautifully furnished Burger King. Great are the vending machines, where you can mix your favorite drink itself. Cool. Outdoor area unfortunately no children's play area. Clean toilets. Overall cleanliness in the restaurant without complaint. Unfortunately, the green spaces between the parking lots were filled with stones. That is not how it works. Ecologically absolutely nonsensical. It also looks scary. Too bad.
